Opposition NDC presidential candidates are invited to head some arsenals to the government to lead the party in the 2020 general election.
This, Dr. Alidu Seidu thinks, would project them as people ready to take the lead of the state apparatus and not just the NDC flag holders.

The lecturer in political science at the University of Ghana told the AM News channel of MultiTV Thursday on the Joy News channel that, ultimately, the seven candidates are rushing to run Ghana. It would therefore be "suicidal" for them to limit their messages to how the NDC can be better.
