Timi Elsnik made three EFL Cup appearances for Derby
The city of Northampton has hired Derby County midfielder Timi Elsnik on loan for the rest of the season.
The Slovenian, aged 20, borrowed the first half of the campaign at Mansfield and last season in Swindon.
"Timi is very well behaved in Mansfield, who is a team looking for promotion," said director, Keith Curle, at Northampton's website.
"He's been very successful in Swindon before and we're excited to bring him in. He fits our plans and the way we want to play."
