Chelsea predicted Wednesday XI Sunday: who wants it the most?

Chelsea faces Sheffield Wednesday in the England Cup. Maurizio Sarri will go around and ask "who wants it the most?" After the victory of Tottenham.

So Davide Zappacosta did not train much with the first team recently, which suggests that he is about to leave. There was never really a solid opportunity to use it in Chelsea. Last year, he could not win a novice role against a very off form Victor Moses and this year he must lead the impossible battle against Azpilicueta. The Blues have no one but Zappacosta eliminated, so Azpilicueta refuses another transfer, a fall of Zappacosta's move or a reminder from someone.

Antonio Rudiger, back center, 2 years, Germany

It's not that a player was really criticized after Tottenham's win, but Rudiger was probably the most common target. Frankly, Azpilicueta protected him so well and everything else went down to the left. Rudiger could have set up a garden chair and everything was fine. With Gary Cahill in outs such as Zappacosta and Andreas Christensen, touch and go, expect Rudiger to start again.

David Luiz, back center, 30 years old, Brazil

Christensen might be fit enough to start, but Sarri might also be unable to take the risk. Rather, he will start his number two in David Luiz. After losing to Arsenal, Luiz was the only player to have really supported Sarri. Of course, if anyone else takes the reins of management, Luiz knows that his debut is probably over. He played well against Tottenham, in addition to leaving a goal in part, but he should be able to do the job against Sheffield on Wednesday.

Marcos Alonso, left-back, 3 years old, Spain

So it seems that the consensus on the Internet was that Emerson was the best left-back of all time. Offensively, he was very good. Defensively, he was slow to come back and almost always wrong when he pressed the ball. But now, the microscope goes to Alonso who must just play a big game against Wednesday. If he does, he can recover his league start. Otherwise, Sarri may well begin to consider Emerson again.
