Victor Moses Fenerbahce Victor Moses is on an 18 month loan move

Victor Moses has signed a loan agreement with Chelsea for Fenerbahce for one and a half years, the two clubs announced.

Aged 28, he left for Turkey until the end of the 2019-2020 season, after falling out of favor with Maurizio Sarri.

Moses was converted to winger by Antonio Conte, predecessor of Sarri, who played a key role in the title triumph in 2016-17.

Moses would team up with Ghana's underscorer, Andre Ayew, in the Turkish club to help save the club's campaign in the decisive fight this season.

Fenerbahce, who was once a mighty force in Turkish flight, now flirts with relegation and hopes that the introduction of the Nigerian winger will allow them to survive in the league.

The Nigerian international left Wigan in 2012 to join Chelsea. He was loaned to Liverpool, Stoke and West Ham before winning a first-team spot.

In total, Moses made 128 appearances for Chelsea, scoring 18 goals in four seasons.

Fenerbahce also asked about Moses' team-mate, Danny Drinkwater, who was also at the bottom of Stamford Bridge.
