Transfer from Ivan Perisic: Why has Arsenal launched a loan offer for the star of Inter Milan?

Arsenal made a surprise decision by landing Ivan Perisic, the winger of Inter Milan.

Mirror Football revealed on Friday that the Gunners were hoping to sign two loan agreements before closing the January transfer window next week.
