Jamie O 'Hara is separated from her fiancée Elizabeth-Jayne Tierney for the second time in just over a year.
Former Celebrity Big Brother footballer and star turned to social media to announce the breakup and discuss how to get out of the negativity of his life.
In a series of stories now suppressed, the 32-year-old said, "When you see fake hungry people lying around with fake friends, you just make fun of that.
"Go out with club promoters
"Life alone for me
"You are with whom you surround yourself, negativity generates a negative life.
"Stay with people who believe in you and inspire you, not those who tear you down and complain about your life."

It's been almost a year to the day that he announced their first split on January 15, just three months after their fiancee.
Jamie's representatives confirmed the news to Mirror Online at the time, while the model had moved her business out of her home in Esbad.
She seemed to remove all traces of him from his Instagram account.

They then met again in May, shortly after she was expected to appear on Love Island.
But while they had been separated, the Billericay Town footballer had confessed he was not happy.
He told Mirror Online: "I think it will probably end up going on Love Island.

"I think they asked him to do it, so I think it will eventually continue. [If she does] I disappear for a month.
"It's an excellent show and it would be a great opportunity for her if she did, but I do not think I could watch it."
Jamie, who shares three sons with ex-wife Danielle Lloyd, also told us that he thought that not wanting more children could have been at the origin of breaking.
