The Ligue 1 club of Bordeaux has finished the Sunderland forward Josh Maja, announced the two clubs.
The 20-year-old is the Black Cats' top scorer this season with 15 goals in Ligue 1, but left for France after signing a four-and-a-half year contract with Les Girondins.
