From Bitcoin's pivot to the new warning from Cardano's founder, here are some of the stories that have erupted in the world of cryptography.
Bitcoin
Jan Van Eck, CEO of VanEck Associates, told CNBC that Bitcoin traders were turning to gold in early 2019 after Bitcoin had reduced its demand for gold last year.
"We have just investigated 4,000 Bitcoin investors and their main investment in 2019 is actually gold. So, the gold was lost by Bitcoin, and now the opposite. "
At the same time, the argument for gold as a reliable store of value appealed to crypto supporters after the Bank of England rejected Venezuela's request to withdraw gold from a estimated value of $ 1.2 billion.
