Royal protection agents have warned Meghan Markle that she should stop closing the doors of her own car because of the threat of attacks, reported The Sun on Sunday.
While the Duchess of Susbad has been seen repeatedly closing her own doors, palace officials have now voiced her concerns for her safety.
According to the newspaper, the protection officers fear that 37-year-old Meghan will not be able to get back to her vehicle quickly in case of emergency, as she has self-locking doors.
Meghan Markle was seen closing the door on her first solo public appearance since joining the Royal Academy of Arts in London last September.

As the Duchess of Susbad stepped out of the car and closed the door behind her, many greedy observers turned to the Internet to comment on her "humble" and "down-to-earth" attitude.
However, a month later, while visiting Auckland, New Zealand, the Duchess of Susbad was seen leaving the door open.
On Sunday, a source told the Sun, "While closing a car door may seem like a thing, it could make a difference.
– God forbid, if something goes wrong, we get to a royal betrothal, but security must be able to send them back to cars in seconds if necessary.

"If they're closed and locked, it's impossible."
The new security measures come after the Duke of Edinburgh's recent car accident.
The accident saw Prince Phillip's 97-year-old Land Rover roll over in an accident near Sandringham.
Kensington Palace declined to comment.
