Lady Gaga shocked her audience in Las Vegas on Saturday night (January 26) by bringing Bradley Cooper to perform their award-winning (and top-rated) duo. A star is born, "A little deep."
At the MGM Park in Las Vegas – where she sets up her two residencies, Enigma and Jazz & Piano -, Cooper left behind the scenes to kiss her co-star and her main actress before sitting by the microphone. Gaga dropped to her knees, stunned, and finally headed for the piano for her verses and the chorus of the song.
The pop star played "Shallow" on her Enigma show in December, but this is the first time that she and Cooper have been moving the duo from Ally and Jackson Maine from the big screen to the scene since the release of the film.
"Shallow" received a 2019 Oscar nomination for Best Original Song, and Lady Gaga and Cooper were nominated for Best Actress and Best Actor, respectively. The track has already won victories at the Golden Globes and the Critics' Choice Awards for Best Song.
