Everton winger Yannick Bolasie has asked for a change of club this month at another Premier League club, Newcastle having joined the list of potential contenders.
Surprisingly, Bolasie called this week at Eston Villa Aston Villa, a clause in his contract allowing him to return to Goodison Park four months earlier than planned.
Toffees boss Marco Silva said the winger has no future in Everton, but there is no shortage of top-notch offers.
The former Crystal Palace club, where he had scored 13 goals in 144 appearances between 2012 and 2016, would be eager to bring him back to Selhurst Park.
And it appeared that Newcastle, Burnley and Cardiff were monitoring the situation in the interest of moving 29-year-old Bolasie.
What is certain is that the international of the DR Congo will not get the first team football he aspires to if he stays at Everton. The boss of the Toffees, Silva, revealed this week that there were four wingers in front of him in the hierarchy of Goodison Park.
He said, "Of course, he knows [he won’t play]. I took it [loan] last summer's decision because I realized it would be difficult for him to get the minutes he wants.
"We have four wingers in our team, we are happy. What I do not want is that Bolasie no longer plays. "
