James Charles, YouTuber's famous master and make-up master, stopped Birmingham after appearing in front of the Bullring shopping center on January 26th.

A statement from the West Midlands Police claimed that the traffic jams were caused by traffic lights at the intersection of Bristol Street and The Horsefair; However, a contractor named "Amey" argued that the lights were in working order all day.
