LOS ANGELES – Crazy Rich Asians did not win the Best Performance Award of a cast in a movie – Black Panther won this honor – but his cast distinguished himself on the red carpet of the Screen Actors Guild Awards in Los Angeles 27).
The stars of the hit romantic comedy – Henry Golding, Constance Wu and Michelle Yeoh – marked with their fashion choices.
Golding sparkled in a Tom Ford gold and pink texture badtail jacket, inserted into a pale pink silk scarf for more effect.
Wu turned heads in a silver strapless dress from Oscar de la Renta, while Yeoh drew eye in an Elie Saab couture dress.
Singaporean actors Tan Kheng Hua (dressed in a creation by Ong Shunmugam) and Fiona Xie (dressed in a Schiaparelli strapless dress) also contributed to the celebration by walking on the red carpet with their founding mates. Crazy Rich Asians.
Tan had previously posted on Instagram, writing: "Ready for my very first jaguar! I am so nervous but very excited.
"I am so proud to have a piece of my country here with me at @sagawards, which is why I chose to wear Singaporean stylists for tonight's ceremony."
Posting an image of the revolutionary Hollywood movie celebration – with an all-Asian cast – at an after party, she said, "We won a long time ago with this gang @crazyrichasians."
