Nana Ama Ampomah, regional organizer of the new Patriotic Party for Women in the Ashanti Region, congratulated the queens mothers of the region for their immeasurable contribution to peace and stability in the region.

He said the government was undertaking large-scale road infrastructure projects this year and that the Ashanti region had been designated as one of the beneficiaries.

He cited some of the main roads in the area, such as the Obuasi-Anwiankwanta, Asokwa-Bosomtwe, and many others in the area, which had already been allocated, and contractors had also been on site to start works.

When completed, he said that these two main roads would provide relief to motorists and travelers and would also improve the economic activities of surrounding cities and communities.
