FA new study suggests that fifteen-minute workouts could reverse diabetes in just six weeks. One trial in overweight men showed that short intensive workouts three times a week significantly increased their ability to manage insulin.
Previous research has shown that 45-minute training sessions could have this effect, but the new study was greeted with particular enthusiasm because experts believe that patients with type 2 diabetes will be more likely to engage in shorter sessions.
