Arsenal and Man City would both be interested in a late change of Idissa Gana Gueye from Everton, according to Sky Sports.

Rumors that Gueye was leaving the Toffees were overworked Tuesday night, when he was out for their 1-0 win at Huddersfield Town.
However, manager Marco Silva explained after the match that his absence was actually a minor problem in the groin.
Asked about a second offer from PSG and if the player had submitted a transfer request, he said: "I am not aware of a transfer request or not because, as you know, we were at the hotel last night.
"For our players, I want their concentration, even if we know that the market is still open until the 31st.
"It's still very difficult for us.
"About the £ 30m new offer? Nothing new has happened in our club. There is nothing new in this situation."
