Investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas and Ken Agyapong, Assin's central deputy,
Kennedy Agyapong, deputy of the Parliament of Assin Central, is not to blame for the murder of investigative journalist Ahmed Hussein-Suale, who has yet revealed his identity on national television.
He described a question posed by BBC interviewer, Thomas Naadi, namely, that he had contributed to Ahmed's death as a "hogwash", stating that the journalist should "pose smart questions ".
"The motive behind the broadcast of these images was to warn Ghanaians of this type when they will come to their homes because that's what they do," the lawmaker said.
Mr. Agyapong also sympathized with the family of the murdered journalist, adding that Ahmed was exposed to many dangers because of the nature of his work.
