Hearts of Oak CEO Mark Noonan, his team's sponsorship deal with British sports giants, Umbro, will go down in history as one of the best deals in Ghana's football history.

According to him, the partnership is a good partnership that both parties will benefit and that will also enhance the status of the club.

"Through this partnership agreement with Umbro, Accra Hearts of Oak will be one of the most prominent clubs in the history of football in Ghana," Noonan told FOX FM.

He explained that the kits had not arrived yet, as the production of these world-clbad brands takes time and the club is likely to receive them soon.

The US marketing guru added that Hearts of Oak would buy the replica of the jersey from manufacturers at a wholesale price and sell it to its supporters, which is a common practice everywhere. He talked about it when he was asked if Hearts would pay the cost of producing the jerseys.

Noonan kicked his rival Asce Kotoko for putting the contract on Umbro as a bad one. "Asante Kotoko's fans are jealous of the Umbro agreement," he said.
