The Accra Regional Police Command banned the movement of motorcycles in the Ayawaso West Wuogon constituency during the by-election period.

The ban, according to the police, is to preserve peace in the region and prevent the use of the motorcycle to commit crimes such as uprooting of ballot boxes.
