Barcelona reached the semi-finals of the Copa Del Rey for the ninth consecutive season after beating Sevilla 6-1 in the second leg of their quarter-final match.
After a 2-0 defeat since the first leg, Barcelona achieved a performance that deserved nothing less than a win thanks to a double by Philippe Coutinho, as well as half-time goals for Ivan Rakitic and Sergi Roberto, before two late catches Luis Suarez and Lionel Messi put the tie in bed.
The hosts made a perfect start, taking the lead after just 13 minutes with a penalty kick from Philippe Coutinho. Sevilla then had the opportunity to equalize with a penalty, but Ever Banega's efforts were spectacularly saved by Jasper Cillessen.
Seville had barely missed the opportunity to score before Barcelona reached the same level on the whole.
An excellent balloon Arthur chooses the diagonal race of Ivan Rakitic, the Croatian able to hit the ball out of reach of Soriano's desperation, although Rakitic does not seem to know much about his final touch.
Coutinho then scored his second goal of the match with a fine head after a token wonderfully measured in the area by Luis Suarez. Sergi Roberto then made it 4-0 by finishing in a corner, after a superb deep pbad from Messi who eliminated three defenders from Sevilla.
Cillessen went from hero to villain when his low clearance allowed him to take possession of the ball, which allowed him to find the ball until Guilherme Arana. The Brazilian brought the ball back to 20 yards to give Hispalenses a bit of hope.

BARCELONA
Key discussion point
Ernesto Valverde's players responded with a clinical performance that allowed them to win their fifth consecutive victory after being drawn 2-0 in the first leg.
Valverde's policy of running his team a lot in the competition was met with strong criticism from the media. Therefore, the defeat in the first leg could be a blessing in disguise for the Barcelona manager, who almost forced him to choose a full group for the return leg of Tuesday night.
The Blaugrana had almost missed their chances, as they were barely giving Sevilla the chance to return to the match after the visitors missed their chances.
Player ranking
Beginning XI:
MAN OF STARS
Lionel Messi was at his best against Seville on Tuesday night.
He presented his range of strange pbades with exquisite touches, most notably for Sergi Roberto's goal when he eliminated three defenders with a pbad in ridicule.
Argentina then managed to put their name on the score sheet, before playing their role in the sixth goal with a grueling run on the right flank. Messi was the creator of a wonderful team movement that even saw a film by Gerard Pique allowing Luis Suarez to put the icing on the cake for Barcelona.
Worst player
It was really one of those games where everything Barcelona tried, it worked. As a result, it would be difficult to select a player for performance below expectations.
Sergio Busquets had a relatively quiet evening, but even he played an important role in the competition by preventing Sevilla from playing the ball in the center of the field.
In general, Ernesto Valverde will be delighted with the response of his players to a test that could have presented more problems than the final table suggested, after losing in the first leg. It was a simply magnificent spectacle of Barça, which reminded the football world that they are a pleasure to watch.
Look to the front
Barcelona will look to continue its momentum by hosting Valencia at Camp Nou in La Liga on Saturday.
Sevilla hopes to regain his victories in his next match and see them go to Celta Vigo later in the day.
