Kylie Minogue, "very shaken," was forced to appeal to the police after being harbaded by a stalker to find her at her home in Chelsea, in West London.
Kylie's neighbors first alerted him to the man who had then launched a "sustained campaign" against the 50-year-old legend of singing.
The queen of pop was then hunted down by the stalker for weeks, leaving Kylie "terrified" before the police became involved.
A source told the Sun that the situation had grown when "the man repeatedly pressed the home intercom button for hours and refused to leave. "
This left Kylie "very angry" and she called the cops to intervene, who duly spoke to the singer, as well as to the alleged stalker, who was still on the street when they arrived.
One of Kylie's neighbors remembered warning the Australian pop star of a "weird guy" [who] was hidden. "
The resident told the Sun that this guy was going "and asked people where Kylie lived", and that they "told him" it was not normal. "
The police handed over to the man, suspected of being Kylie's stalker, a first formal warning Wednesday afternoon.
He was not arrested and Kylie was sufficiently "shaken" by this episode for her to take additional security measures, lest he return.
The source confirmed that Kylie was, "was very shaken by what happened, like anybody, but she took reasonable steps."
The little singer will now look for new security solutions despite the number of people "whom she trusts nearby, especially for her outings".
The police confirmed that "both parties were contacted and that the case was dealt with by a harbadment warning of first instance".
