Denis Suarez sent a separation message to Barcelona after making a loan transfer to Arsenal for the rest of the season.

The Spanish midfielder was in talks with the Gunners for a good part of the month before finally extending his contract with the giants of La Liga and settling in Arsenal on a temporary basis.

Suarez has already played under the orders of Arsenal boss Unai Emery in Valencia and Seville, and wants to reconnect with a man he holds very high esteem.

The Gunners will decide whether to make the deal permanent at the end of the season, based on Suarez's results in the Premier League and the price Barcelona has in mind for the 25-year-old.

Suarez sent a separation message to his parent club on Instagram after signing a deal with Arsenal.

Beside a group photo of the Barcelona team, the Spaniard wrote: "You are an incredible group! Thanks for all that, see you soon.

"You are a group of great people, thank you for everything, see you soon, good luck and come to Barcelona."

Arsenal fans have reacted positively to this publication, and many have welcomed the Spanish in the UAE.
