The Japanese star confirmed her desire to join a Liga club but she left Borussia Dortmund for the Turkish club
Besiktas sealed the loan signature of Borussia Dortmund's Shinji Kagawa.
The Japanese international will join Besiktas until the end of the season after falling out of favor with the leaders of the Bundesliga.
Kagawa had played a Bundesliga match this weekend with Dortmund, who currently holds a six-point lead over second-placed Bayern Munich.

But the former Manchester United midfielder will spend the rest of the campaign in the Super Lig (Turkey).
Shinji Kagawa will be loaned to Beşiktaş for the rest of the season.

"Shinji is not only an outstanding football player, but also a great friend of our club," said Dortmund Sports Director Michael Zorc. "We did not want to deny him this request."

Kagawa had previously indicated his preference for the match in Spain, a league adapted to his abilities on the ball, but the Japanese star will now move to Turkey to join the club Super Lig.
Besiktas is sixth in the standings despite four out of six points since Super Lig's mid-season break.
The next match for Besiktas will be a Bursaspor match against Sunday.
