While many Star Wars fans are eager to Star Wars: Episode IXIn December, theaters are in theaters and other fans are eagerly awaiting Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge openings at Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland. To make fans even more enthusiastic, Lucasfilm has announced new details on a variety of books and comics that will develop Batuu's new local environment.

The book describes two stories that take place in the far-off world of Batuu, the outer periphery, as well as many other unpublished stories from the end of the galaxy, richly illustrated in a style that pays homage to the clbadics of the real world of children.
A crash of destiny (Disney Lucasfilm Press)

In this novel for young adults, Izzy and Jules were best friends until Izzy's family suddenly left Batuu at the age of six. Now she is back and Jules, the boy who never left, does not know what to think. While they are on the run against vengeful smugglers and an angry cracker, the two friends will come to terms with who they are and what they mean to each other.
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge will open in both parks later this year.
