Until then, customers can continue to buy new movies and shows and use digital codes.

UltraViolet, the service that provides customers who have purchased movies or shows on Blu-ray or DVD an HD digital copy of the media, will be closed on July 31st.
The service recently e-mailed customers who have subscribed to an UltraViolet library in the past and updated its official website with a similar goodbye message. Until July 31, customers can still access UltraViolet movies and shows through retailers linked to their UltraViolet libraries, including Fandango Now, Vudu and more.
Customers can continue to purchase new movies and shows and use digital codes that are still active by following the usual usage instructions. Depending on the badociated reseller, they may or may not be added to the UltraViolet library set up by the user.
After July 31st, customers' UltraViolet libraries will be automatically closed, but many movies and shows will remain accessible through already connected retailers. The service suggests users to log in to MyUV.com, choose Reseller Services and check retailers related to their library. UltraViolet will probably disappear because of competitors such as Disney's Movies Anywhere service.
In the past, Disney sued RedBox for selling digital movie download codes.
