Fiji Water Girl sues Fiji Water for using her image on red carpet cutouts

The Fiji Water Girl made a name for itself at the 76th Golden Globe Awards, while she was photographing the big and the good of Hollywood while they were posing on the red carpet.

She became the star of the night after staying behind the stars on the red carpet with her Fiji Water set.

By the end of the night, more than 50,000 tweets had mentioned his presence on the red carpet and the phenomenon was born.

The Screen Actors Guild (SAG) and Fiji Water Girl films were once again on the red carpet, but this time it was not Kelleth Cuthbert himself but a cut-out version of the box and the model. which was a happy feeling that she was used again.

Kelleth, whose real name is Kelly Steinbach, is so furious that she is suing Fiji Water and her parent company, The Wonderful Company, for allegedly creating a marketing campaign around her viral moment without permission.

Despite last-minute negotiations with the 31-year-old model's agent, Fiji Water made the cuts and Kelleth thinks it's a freedom, although the drinks company has allowed her to experience a real success overnight.

In court filings, Kelleth claimed that Fiji Water took advantage of his image and likeness and offered him "gifts to seduce".

She is now demanding payment, but Fiji Water has refuted Kelleth's claims and said the trial was "frivolous and totally unfounded".

In a statement to People, the company said it had "negotiated with Mrs. Cuthbert a generous agreement that she flagrantly violated."

Kelleth claimed that she did not intend to become the star of the series and left her to watch the camera at the right time.

She said that with so many photographers and the number of stars on the red carpet, it would still be possible for her to be in the bottom of the screen.

Now that Kelleth is a known quantity, she wants Fiji Water to pay what she thinks is a good sum to use her image again as the season of rewards accelerates.
