Pregnant Gemma Atkinson – waits for her first child with Gorka Marquez

Gemma Atkinson and Gorka Maquez confirmed that they were expecting their first baby.

The couple – who met him at Strictly Come Dancing 2017 – announced the good news on his Instagram account with a photo of Gemma's dogs, 34-year-old Norm and Ollie.

One of the dogs was provided with a sign stating, "Guess what … mom is pregnant," while the other was wearing one that said, "We are going to be big brothers!"

And pro dancer Gorka, 28, added: "@glouiseatkinson Thank you for the most beautiful gift of life.

"Gem and I are delighted to welcome our new family member later this year! Baby Marquez.

"Norm and ollie can not wait to start their big brother homework."

The future mother Gemma shared the shot and added: "And what incredible big brothers they will be!

"Myself and Gorks are more than happy and happy and feel incredibly happy to meet our newest member of the family later this year.

"Baby Marquez !!! We already love you a lot."

Their novel has captivated fans since they fell in love with each other behind the scenes of the BBC dance show.

Gemma was badociated with Aljaz Skorjanec and Gorka with Alexandra Burke, but that did not stop them from starting out and becoming friends in the gym.

Both reported that they were anything but friends, until Valentine's Day 2018, when the tour ended and they finally confirmed that it was the case.

He quickly moved to Manchester, where she hosts the Hits Radio Breakfast Show.

And in August, rumors of engagement erupted when Gemma was spotted with a sparkler on her finger.
