Dr. Pimple Popper transforms the man with the nose so big that he scared his grandchildren

Dr. Pimple Popper turned the nose of a man that became so big that it scared his grandchildren.

Patrick sought the help of famous dermatologist Sandra Lee, whose bumpy nose had doubled in size, making breathing difficult.

The former crane operator from Lincoln, Montana, United States, explained how his problems arose when he was working on construction sites in Las Vegas.

He said: "I tried to use sunscreen while protecting the sun from the nose, but it was still red and irritated.

"About 10 years ago, scar tissue began to develop so much that my nose dilated twice its normal size.

"It's thick and rubbery, almost like a fake nose, and it contracts my nostrils to the point that it's hard for me to breathe through my nose."

"But the worst is that your nose is the focal point of your face, and if you have a bad one, like me, people will notice it."

Pat added that it had a devastating impact on her relationship with her grandchildren because her nose scared them.

He said, "I only hope that Dr. Lee will be able to free me from the harshness of the nose and make me again presentable, for my grandchildren."

During the consultation, Dr. Lee diagnosed Pat with rhinophyma, a rare form of rosacea.

She said: "Patrick has the most advanced rhinophyma case I have ever seen.

"After reviewing it, my main concern is the functionality of his nostrils."

During the first operation, she reduced the swelling around Pat's nostrils to help her breathe better, but she has to quit because he is taking blood thinners for medical reasons.

A few weeks later, Pat returned for a second operation and Dr. Lee used a wire loop to scrape off the rest of the bulbous, rubbery skin of her nose. The result is incredible.

Pat was amazed by the transformation.

He said, "Now that rhinophyma is gone, I feel more sociable.

"To be in public now is to go back 15 years.

"I'm really relieved that Dr. Lee stayed close to me to carry out this procedure."
