According to Liverpool legend, Jamie Carragher.
Sarri's methods this season at the club have been called into question after a dark period since December.
The season started well for Chelsea, but the teams quickly discovered how to play against them and started targeting key players like Jorginho.
The Italian started the season in a magnificent form, constantly cutting the hearts of other teams.
But former Napoli has essentially replaced N'Golo Kante, considered by many as one of the best defense circles in the world.
And Carragher thinks that Chelsea's ruthless economic model over the years will soon affect Sarri's job prospects.
"Maurizio Sarri seems to be on thin ice in Chelsea," he writes in the Telegraph.
"We have already reached a point where it would be amazing if he is in charge of Stamford Bridge next season.
"It would be ridiculous elsewhere. Not in Chelsea. They are the quintessence of the cruelty of the Premier League: they return the managers after their first bad luck. "
Carragher went on to say that the story was not favorable to Sarri, as Chelsea saw the managers follow one another at the end of the season.
Carlo Ancelotti, Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte are among the previous managers of the Blues to have the ax a year or less after winning the Premier League.
"In view of Sarri's recent results, performances and public commentary, history tells us that the Italian should be concerned," he added.
"His first year in England is reminiscent of Luiz Felipe Scolari and André Villas-Boas rather than Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte.
"Among the appointments of Roman Abramovich, only Villas-Boas won fewer points than Sarri in his first 24 league games."
Chelsea are in the final of the Carabao Cup, which will allow Sarri to try to win his first trophy as a manager.
They will also seek to qualify for the next stages of the Europa League and FA Cup in February, during the match with Malmo and Manchester United.
