A physical altercation between Henry Nana Boakye, National Youth Organizer of BNP (better known as Nana B), and NDC Director of Communications, Sammy Gyamfi, resulted in Nana B making a sincere apology.

"I want to badure everyone that I remain engaged in a decent speech, based on questions on our airwaves and that this unfortunate incident will not happen again," said Nana B in a statement.

He continued: "I will also encourage my younger brother, Sammy Gyamfi, to show great respect and respect in his public statements during such engagements and to respect the high office of the President at all times."

See the statement below:

I refer to the events that took place yesterday at Asempa FM 's "Ekosisen" political talk show.

Regardless of the repulsive and provocative behavior of the NDC Director of National Communications at the show, which included unacceptable verbal attacks on the President and myself, I apologize calmly for excusing myself Asempa FM listeners and Ghanaians for their response.

I want to badure everyone that I remain engaged in a decent speech, based on questions, on our airwaves and that this unfortunate incident will not happen again.

I will also encourage my younger brother, Sammy Gyamfi, to be honest and respectful in his public statements during such engagements and to respect the high office of the President at all times.

Thank you.
