Pakistani leader Fatima Ali rests in Lahore
LAHORE: Pakistani leader Fatima Ali was allowed to rest by close friends and family in the DHA area of the city on Friday.
The daughter of former Attorney General Ashtar Ausaf Ali, Fatima, 29, was buried in the Bagh-e-Rehmat cemetery near Bhatta Chowk, DHA, on Friday evening, in the presence of her close friends and members of his family, as well as Pakistan.
The funeral prayers of the deceased chief were also offered by Pakistan's Chief Justice Asif Saeed Khosa and former CJP member Mian Saqib Nisar.
The Top Chef candidate breathed her last breath on Jan. 25 after she lost her battle with Ewing's Sarcoma and left the world in mourning with the tributes of celebrities around the world.
