The state's charges against the two are a result of investigations by the Bureau of Economic and Organized Crime (EOCO) into fraudulent payment of MASLOC funds during their tenure.
The two men are expected to be taken to court on Monday, February 4, 2019, to be officially read and their pleadings heard.
