Chelsea Peretti, the true human form of the 100 emoji, gone Brooklyn Nine-Nine this week in an episode at once emblematic and worthy of the fiercely apathetic Gina Linetti.
The release of Peretti from season 6 has left the fans in mourning. Just turn to Twitter to see the extent of the sorrow, so it's a small surprise to learn that Peretti's decision to leave the series was not his.

Start of the series "That's not quite my decision," Peretti said TV line following his farewell."IIt's hard to understand exactly what happened and how everything moved, but he's sort of arranged for this moment to come up, " she explained.
It sounds like the New Nine The writing team had already planned to write the character of Peretti and this coincided with his decision to leave.
"So I knew it was going to happen for a moment … [and was] retaining this feeling of "I'm leaving this family" in my head. "
Despite this, Peretti added "there is nothing but the feeling of family " between her and the New Nine crew.
Latest October, in a statement borrowed from Emmy Rossum – a statement that Rossum had the habit of announcing his own comic series release Shameless – Peretti told fans that she was about to leave the series this season.
This will not be the last we will see of Gina. Peretti and New Nine showrunner Dan Goor confirmed this in their respective statements at the time.
"I know for a fact that this is not the last time we will see Gina Linetti. I mean, she was upset by a frickin 'bus and she just missed it like a week of work " Goor tweeted.
