Jane Danson went on social media to pay tribute to Sylvain Longchambon after his fall during the Dancing On Ice rehearsals.

The star of Coronation Street thanked the skating professional for "saving" after her fainting during the dress rehearsal Sunday, while she shared a photo after her show.

Presenting her gorgeous unicorn outfit, her golden stars and a horn encrusted in her colorful multicolored top, Jane smiled by proving that the incident had not cooled her wits.

"Thanks to the makeup team who spread their magic on me and made me feel new again," she wrote.

Marking Sylvain, she added, "Thanks to @slongchambon for literally saving my life today, and thank you very much for voting."

The images of Jane 's power outage show the unconscious star on the ice floe as Sylvain rushes to his side.

The medical staff then gathers around her body and gently touches her to see if she has been hurt.

They talk to him as an orange board is brought and the half-conscious star is lifted on, tied then carefully removed from the ice.

Jane's husband cried from the sideline

After the incident, fans feared that Jane's future dancing on Dancing On Ice would be in danger – but only hours later, she went to the rink and gave a dazzling performance.

After her sensational routine, Jane said, "I did not see it coming in. I felt a bit tired in the last few days, I pushed myself too far and it caught up with me.

"Sylvain was great and the team really helped me."

Jane's husband, Robert Beck, was seen crying in the audience while he was applauding his wife.
