A familiar face can come back to help the cause of 6ix9ine, but ethics is questionable. The rap game is in full swing. Not only does Savage cross it, but the upstart youngster Tekashi 6ix9ine is at the heart of a legal battle that ends his career. Last week, 6ix9ine pleaded guilty to nine charges, including racketeering, conspiracy, firearms offenses and drug trafficking (heroin). Many took his pleading to confirm his informant status, which earned him the disdain of Snoop Dogg and Savage 21. Meanwhile, Lance Lazarro, a former lawyer for 6ix9ine, was observed after being struck off the record for a potential conflict of interest. The following people may recall that Lazarro was initially struck off the record after revealing that he had already worked with Shotti between 2003 and 2015. The pre-existing relationship complicated an already delicate situation, given that the fates of 6x9ine and Shotti seemed to be lining up. See that Lazarro has "acquired an intimate knowledge of [Shotti’s] business ", a judge found him unable to continue in the context of the case. Now, however, a new report has emerged indicating that Lazarro could be back in the fold. Complex says that one of the 6ix9ine lawyers, Dawn Florio, has indicated the possible recovery of Lazarro. Unfortunately, the current Shotti lawyer, Jeffery Lichtman, said the director was not really happy with the development. "The undisclosed representation of Mr. Lazzaro of [Shotti] with respect to this case, and his previous representation of [Shotti] on others, may pose serious conflicts of interest if he were allowed to continue to represent Mr. [6ix9ine]", says Lichtman, in a letter to the judge."
