A 27-year-old man is considering suing his parents because they have not asked him for his consent to give him birth, they said.

Raphael Samuel, of Mumbai, India, would be part of a so-called "childless" status advocate who believes that children should not be put to suffer.

He has been described as an "anti-natalist" who thinks that parents are not allowed to give birth if a child has not agreed to be born.

And he plans to sue his own parents for giving birth without his permission, reports Times Now News.

Remarkably, he claims to have an "excellent relationship" with the couple.

"I want to tell all Indian children that they owe nothing to their parents," he told The Print.

"I love my parents and we have excellent relationships, but they have me for their joy and enjoyment.

"My life has been wonderful, but I do not see why I should put another life between school rigamarole and my career, especially when they did not ask to exist."

Raphael said that people should know that it was an option not to have children and to ask your parents to explain to you why they were born on your behalf.

In a video posted on YouTube, he talks about a "myth" of respect for elders in India, but says we should respect people's actions.

He asks, "Has this person treated you well, does this person give you freedom, does this person encourage your growth?"

"Your parents are two people between the ages of 20 and 25 who just wanted to have a good night together, and then they got you," he adds.

He thinks parents should give children joy rather than the opposite.

"You must love them if you want to like them," he says.

Raphael talks about respecting a person for who she is instead of just because of her position.
