Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos will tie the knot to his model girlfriend, Pilar Rubio, this summer.

The Spanish superstar has announced that the famous couple will marry in Seville on June 15th.

Ramos, 32, confirmed the news by appearing on Spanish television about his future wife how El Hormiguero – and revealed how much they thought it was the perfect time.

They welcomed their third son, Alejandro, last March, to join Sergio (four) and Marcos (three) in their family.

The famous couple was nicknamed Spain's answer to Posh and Becks when they started dating in 2012 and Ramos joked that it would be a "special wedding because we are special".

Ramos said: "We decided to get married in Seville because we have been in Madrid for so long, that means there will be fewer people.

"It will be a special wedding because we are special.

"It's a very special moment for us having been together for so long and having such a fantastic family with three grandchildren filling our lives with pbadion.

"We thought it was the perfect time and we wanted our children to take advantage of it because when they were younger, they would not really understand that."

Ramos also revealed that they would ask customers to leave their phone and their cameras at the door before entering the wedding venue.

Spanish media have badumed that the celebratory ceremony will take place in Seville Cathedral. The afternoon evening would be held in a private estate located just outside the city.

Rubio, who has been voted the badiest woman in the world by Spanish magazine FHM for two consecutive years in 2008 and 2009, has also hinted that a big star would occur at their wedding.

"There will be something very big but I can not say what," she said.

"I'm just as excited about putting on my wedding dress as what will happen next."
