Liverpool youth Rhian Brewster has declared himself fit after his nightmare – and is determined to fight for a senior start and repay Jurgen Klopp's "incredible" faith.
Brewster has been away for 13 months since ankle and knee problems after suffering a serious injury while playing for the Reds' U23 team against Manchester City.
The club, aged 18, is very much appreciated by the club and has signed a new five-year contract last summer, sparking the interest of foreign clubs.
Rather than continue his rehabilitation at the Academy, Brewster worked at Melwood alongside the first team.

And now, the teenager wants to justify the support of the boss of the Reds, Klopp, and make his professional debut in the coming months.
"It was a frustrating time, I have been out for a long time and I do not want this opportunity to anyone," said Brewster, during a day dedicated to Internet safety, organized by Liverpool as part of the Red partnership Neighbors.
"It happened and I am finally in shape and I do what I like and I push to return to the team.
"To know that the boss really wants me to be in his future plans is incredible, especially a boss like him.
"They could easily have left me at the academy to do my rehabilitation but they wanted me to do my rehabilitation with them, so I can not thank them enough.
"During this injury, I had this, he was there from beginning to end and knowing that he still wants me if it's been so long – gives me a big boost.

"Every time I see him, he gives me a big hug. Not only him, every time I see the players, they ask me how I am, "How long?", They can not wait for me to resume training and hope to make my debut this year, if not the next. "
Commenting on his new contract, the winner of the 2017 Under-17 World Cup said: "It's not really comforting because I do not like the comfort zone.
"I like to work hard for my business, so all I do is to recover from an injury and try to get in shape."
"I want to prove to everyone that the boss has trusted me for a reason and I want to prove to everyone that I am good enough to be part of the first team.
"When I come back, that's what I hope to do. It does not stop, I will continue to push myself. "
