You may have heard that many members of the royal family end up marrying people with whom they are related. This is the case of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Prince William
The parents of William and Harry, Prince Charles and Princess Diana, were distant cousins, as were Prince Andrew and his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson. Bush, and Diana were eleventh cousins, twice revoked. In fact, when Prince Charles and Diana were together, they visited the Bush family every time they went to the United States.
The same genealogical study that revealed the royal link also revealed that the Bush were related to Abraham Lincoln and Marilyn Monroe.
To which president is Ferguson linked
Ferguson is a seventh cousin, seven times removed from the sixth president of the United States, John Quincy Adams.
According to Reader's Digest, the duchess would also be a direct descendant of Adam Winthrop, who was the grandfather of the founder of the Mbadachusetts Bay colony, John Winthrop.
