BEIJING, Feb. 7 (Xinhua) – Tests have shown that human injectable intravenous immunoglobulin, apparently HIV-positive, is devoid of viruses, a medical product surveillance agency in China said Thursday.
The results of the nucleic acid test (NAT) on HIV, HBV and HCV for drugs manufactured by China Meheco Xinxing Pharma Co., Ltd., of Shanghai, were all negative, said the National Medical Products Administration in a statement .
The result of NAT on HIV in Jiangxi patients was also negative, the statement said.
