The Inter-Party Coalition for National Sovereignty is holding a peaceful demonstration to protest recent violent events in the country, particularly with regard to the clashes that temporarily interrupted the electoral process of Ayawaso West Wuogon in the center of La Bawaleshie. .
The coalition said its determination to embark on Thursday's protest was a result of the violent incident that injured at least six people.
They explained that the protest was intended to send a clear signal to the government to verify the level of insecurity in Ghana, which they believe threatens the country's democracy.
The NDC deputies and strong members' procession will march through the streets of the Circular Exchange in Accra through the Ministry of the Interior, police quarters and finally Flagstaff House.
