This morning's presenter, Eamonn Holmes, has been hailed as having perfect "wedding goals" after sharing a sweet message about his wife Ruth Langsford, while battling insomnia.
The TV host was in the big club awake in the early hours of Thursday morning. She went on Twitter to share her love for Loose Women's presenter, Ruth, before admitting that she was prone to snoring.
The talk radio host, 59, was still wide-eyed at 3 in the morning. So he jumped on social media to talk to the world about his sleepless nights and his love for his wife for almost nine years.
Eamonn tweeted: "I can not sleep again but I'm not stressed about it.No early departure tomorrow.I smile looking @ RuthieeL & # 39; s little face in the land of Nod. NOTHING could wake her! She loves her sleep so much and I love her so much. "
It turns out that he was not alone in not being able to sleep and Eamonn was soon bombarded with responses from his sympathetic fans.
Of course, after a discussion of the films, a disciple got to the bottom of things and asked, "Is Ruth snoring ? "
Eamonn was diplomatic with his answer, saying: "From time to time ….. but she is happy."
Although he did not use Ruth's snoring as an excuse for not being able to settle himself, Eamonn acknowledged that he felt a hint of jealousy for sleeping so peacefully.
A subscriber tweeted: "I sleep 3/4 hours most nights, it's a hell, I'm jealous of people who can sleep all night."
Eamonn quickly agreed to say this, writing, "Me too," before inscribing Ruth in her response, to inform her of her "pain" while she was in the land of the head.
Former Liberty X singer Michelle Heaton joined the conversation and told Eamonn, "Babe, I'm the same."
Introducing TV host Zoe Salmon into the wire, Eamonn lamented, "Look at me and @Zoe_Salmon is watching you. all in the same boat. Wake up at 3am and nowhere to go! "
Zoe admits that she turned to Stephen Fry's mocking tone in an attempt to send him, before suggesting that they should come together for a "sleepless night."
She replied, "We are the big club awake! I have even listened to a sleep story of Stephen Fry. We should all be together and have a lol that does not sleep."
Although it seems that Eamonn finally had his eye closed before sunrise, it was universally acknowledged that his "wedding goals" were to be applauded.
