The Government of Ghana, through the Ministry of Zongo Development and the Youth Employment Agency, has paid 2,803 Arab instructors throughout the country.

He indicated that 2,803 Arabic-speaking instructors who were hired throughout the country received their allowance.
He stressed that this initiative was intended to demonstrate the government's commitment to Zongos development and education in general.

Meanwhile, the vice president said in 2017 that the government would employ 3,000 Arabic-speaking instructors.
