Kevin Hart is not coming to a break these days, because his friend Dwayne Johnson says Hart was not even the first choice for the Oscar job he resigned!
Hart dropped out of his presenter role, which he originally called "the opportunity of his life," while he refused to apologize for previous homophobic tweets. The actor is excused later publicly.

Yet, according to his friend The Rock, all the messy drama was almost avoidable, since the Academy bosses apparently did not even want Hart to be hired for the job!
When a fan suggested to The Rock to host the Oscars next year on Twitter on Thursday, February 7, he claimed to have been approached before his Jumanji: Welcome to the jungle costar.
"Ah mahalo dude, I was their first choice to host this year, and my goal was to make it the most entertaining and entertaining Oscars of all time," he tweeted. "We all tried, but we could not make it work because I shoot Jumanji. Academy and I were very disappointed, but maybe a day later. "
This is a rather intriguing explanation since Hart would likely have the same time restrictions as Johnson, since he is also in Jumanji 3.
Johnson then worked out for The Hollywood journalist that he was seriously considering accepting the offer when Oscar producers first contacted him.
"I was so excited to receive this call and I did not anticipate it," he recalls. "We did not campaign to get it, but it happened and I was on the moon and one of those calls where I said," I'm going to have to call you back.
"I just stopped in my silence and it was like, wow thanks a lot, and then right away my brain started going, we'll do that kind of figure and that."
Discussions between the two parties have advanced so much that Johnson has finally started mapping his opening monologue, before finally ending his activities due to scheduling conflicts.

"For me, the goal was, when at the time we were talking, agree, I think we can get there, if I wanted to try to create with the best team around me and we had .. Many people, as you know galvanize, "said Johnson
"We were going to turn this year's Oscars into something special, unique and different, and open a new era in how the Oscars are going to be appreciated.
"It was the goal, the audience first, I wanted to try to create a scenario in which, at the end of the evening, my friends who won, my friends who n ' did not win all pbaded the fastest time, without winning. It was the goal. So, one day. "
After the Hart controversy finally took place, the producers finally decided that it was best not to have a host at all for this ceremony. It can not be worse than the time they had Anne Hathaway and James Franco, is not it?
The 91st Academy Awards will be broadcast on February 24, 2019 at Dolby Theater in Hollywood on ABC.
