Chelsea has signed the "best striker of the world" to Gonzalo Higuain, according to AC Milan defender Alessio Romagnoli.
Higuain spent the first half of the season in Milan before Chelsea agreed to loan the Juventus striker until the end of the season.
The Argentine international opened his account for the Blues this weekend, scoring twice when Maurizio Sarri's side beat Huddersfield Town 5-0.
Romagnoli was "disappointed" to see Higuain leave AC Milan, still believing that the 31-year-old is the "best striker in the world".

Asked about the premature departure of Higuain from Milan, Romagnoli said: "There is no bitterness.
"I still consider him the best striker in the world, it's disappointing, but he made his choices and decided to leave, and we respect them.
"He's a friend of mine and if he's happy, then everything is fine, now we have other players who do not regret anything."
Higuain has enjoyed the most prolific period of his career under Sarri's orders in Naples and hopes to have the same success at Stamford Bridge.
After helping his team help Chelsea find their way back to victory this weekend, Higuain said, "Sarri is the coach who has made the most of me as a player.
"The 2015-16 season was a wonderful season in which I broke the goal record, which is very important there. [in Italy].
"It was a fantastic year for me and Maurizio, a time we shared together, even if it was for a short time.
"I'm just happy to be working with him again in a great club that has so much history and wonderful teammates. I want to come back to this level.

"Everything is on track to reach our goals by the end of the season."
Chelsea's victory over Huddersfield allowed the Blues to return to the top four in the Premier League.
Sarri's team will travel to Etihad on Sunday to face defending champion Manchester City, currently leading the standings after defeating Everton on Wednesday.
