Ceferin, 51, who was re-elected unopposed Thursday for a four-year term as head of UEFA, said the online broadcast platform will broadcast matches of women and youth in the next six month.
"I am pleased to announce that UEFA will launch its OTT platform in the next six months," said Slovenian.
"We are fully aware that a revolution is underway and we are entering into historic partnerships with the world's leading companies in this field.
"It's a first agreement that opens new horizons."
UEFA's general secretary, Theodore Theodoridis, said the service would be available by June and that it would also broadcast content related to the history of UEFA.
Regarding the possibility of seeing the platform broadcast live male high-level football, Theodoridis spoke about 2021 and the end of the current round of television rights for club competitions.
"When these rights expire, we will see with the clubs what are the possibilities to organize live matches," he said.
