The 30-year-old striker has promised to beat the new team of his former coach on behalf of Saturday's supporters
Watford star Troy Deeney told club fans that it was not necessary to make fun of Marco Silva when they hosted Everton on Saturday, saying they should let the Hornets "mess with them".
Silva was sacked from his Watford boss role in January 2018 after just six months, the club accusing a "significant deterioration in concentration and results" from an Everton approach following Ronald Koeman's dismissal .
The Portuguese coach has finally joined the Toffees last summer and the move is the subject of an ongoing investigation since September.

Silva will be back on Vicarage Road for the first time this weekend and should receive a warm welcome from his former fans.
Watford is eighth in the Premier League, a point and a place above the visitors, who have lost their last two games.
Speaking at a supporters' forum, Deeney said local supporters should not give more motivation to the Toffees and let his opponents lend it to them.
"We would prefer that if [fans] leave him alone, it will only motivate them more, he said. Leave him alone, let us throw their bad.
He then questioned his former boss, saying: "The people working at Everton are fantastic, not the manager."
Watford President Scott Duxbury also revealed his bitterness to Silva, promising to taunt the 41-year-old.

"The guy eats his dick, trains twice a week, arrives on a Saturday and is bading amazing."
