CLARK COUNTY, WA (KPTV) – Health officials on Friday confirmed two more cases of measles in Clark County, bringing to 53 the total number of confirmed cases in the region.
According to the Clark County Public Health Department, seven more cases of measles are suspected.
On Friday afternoon, the health department withdrew the Vancouver Clinic Salmon Creek from its list of possible exposure sites and did not identify any other place.
Public Health stated that the clinic had been informed in advance of the potential measles patient and had been able to take preventative measures to ensure that other patients were not exposed to the patient .

The Oregon Health Authority confirmed earlier this week three new measles cases in Multnomah County, bringing to four the total number of confirmed cases in Oregon.
Symptoms of measles begin with fever, cough, runny nose and red eyes, followed by a rash that usually starts on the face and spreads to the rest of the body.
Health officials invite anyone who thinks they have been exposed in an identified location and has symptoms of calling their health care provider before going to their office.
