Toyotaro begins work on the franchise with the manga version of Dragon ball hero, and soon started working on Super Dragon Ball officially. Although fans of the manga have benefited, there is a subset of fans who do not compare favorably to the work of Toriyama with the franchise. But Toyotaro is still in love with the series and criticizes his work critically. He's probably harder on himself than the fans. Seeing this new perspective can change the way some view the publication of the manga.
Super Dragon Ball is currently broadcasting English dubbing on Adult Swim during the Toonami programming block on Saturday night at 11:00 pm. It is also available in streaming on Funimation and Amazon Video. The Japanese version of the series is complete and available in streaming on FunimationNOW and Crunchyroll. The manga contains chapters that can currently be read for free thanks to Viz Media. Dragon Ball Super: Broly is currently in theaters too.

You can currently listen to the first 91 episodes of dubbing on FunimationNOW, which presents the series from beginning to end, when the Universes started gathering their fighters for the power tournament. This is not very far from the current Toonami series.
