The St. Regis Marrakech, in central Morocco, is expected to open in 2024, according to the joint statement issued in Kuwait, without revealing the cost of development.
The agreement "introduces" the brand St Regis from Marrakech to Marrakech, he added, adding that the complex will belong to the Moroccan company Assoufid Properties Development and will be developed by United Real Estate.
